CRM Screen Pop
Kunnect offers a built in simple CRM functionality. Should you already utilize a third party CRM application, like Microsoft CRM®, Frontrange®, Salesforce®, SugarCRM or vTiger, Kunnect offer built-in screen pop functionality to those providers. These and most other web based CRM products can be integrated into Kunnect in seconds.
Natively, without any custom programming, Kunnect’s agent software can link to any external URL and pass call pertinent data to the external application (like customer ID or telephone number).
This allows you to preserve aspects of your business already deployed adding the dialing power of Kunnect’s XVP to it.
Back Office Integration
By providing customers with secure password protected access to their own hosted data (via MySQL or any ODBC connector), Kunnect has successfully integrated the call center to the main back office software (like Oracle® or SAP®), to form a seamless transition of calling data to in-house client databases.
This can be done in real-time or via period batch processing.
