From 9:00am EST to 9:00pm EST from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), you are guaranteed to directly reach a qualified Kunnect technical resource.

After-hours & Emergency service

In the unlikely event you need to speak with a Kunnect technical representative outside our regular hours, you will be greeted by a live operator capable of escalating your request to the appropriate people for the quickest response time in the industry.

For those questions which you may feel don’t require immediate attention or just for sharing product enhancement ideas, you can email support directly.

In all cases, you will be assigned a ticket number and your issue will be processed expeditiously. Over 90% of our customer support calls are resolved within five (5) minutes.
