Personalizing and integrating one’s premise based telephony equipment is commonplace. However, Kunnect’s hosted telephony solution can provide you the SAME flexibility despite it being hosted in the cloud.

CRM Screen Pop

Many companies employ third party CRM applications, like Microsoft CRM® or Frontrange®. What these and other have in common is that they are all web-based which is great for Kunnect. Natively, without any custom programming, Kunnect’s agent software can link to any external URL and pass call pertinent data to the external application (like customer ID or telephone number).

This allows you to preserve aspects of your business you already employ successfully as and the dialing power of Kunnect’s XVP to it.

Back Office Integration

By providing customers with secure password protected access to their own hosted data (via MySQL or any ODBC connector), Kunnect has successfully integrated the call center to the main back office software (like Oracle® or SAP®), to form a seamless transition of calling data to in-house client databases.

This can be done in real-time or via period batch processing.

End-of-Day Processing

Many customers look to make their operations more efficient…all the while, saving money. This can be done with some custom work by Kunnect who can automate nightly exports of sales, produce mail merge data for welcome letters or invoices or even transfer call recording data to a their party FTP.
